Our angels watch out for us. Our angels wipe away our tears. Our angels make our day brighter just being there. And many times we do not recognize that we are looking into the eyes of our angels.
There are probably people in your life that could really use an angel by their side right now. Why not be that person? It’s easy to share love and kindness with the world if you put in a little bit of effort.
On this special day, I am encouraging you to not only be someone’s angel, but to recognize those angels who are already in our lives. They may be our parents, our grandparents, our children, our doctors, our nurses, our teachers, or our friends.
Take One Action Today To Build Your #Resiliency!
Here are today’s Tips For Building Resiliency and Celebrating Be An Angel Day:
Look for your angels – those who have made your life easier – and say thank you. They won’t want it, because our true angels don’t usually feel like they have done anything exceptional, but we all can benefit from the appreciation of others.
In such a busy society, people forget to stop and listen. You can be an angel to someone today just by taking the time to really listen to what they have to say. Listen with empathy. Listen without judgement.
Speak with kindness. Simply using kind words to spread positivity can lift up others around you.
Angels offer a helping hand to those in need. When we show a small gesture of kindness and compassion to others, we are spreading love.
Those who encounter you will be lifted up by your blessings of compassion and kindness. Being like an angel is easy, if you just put in the effort.
