It is time to focus on our overall wellness, which includes self-care in all five aspects of health:

Intellectual
Small, daily acts of self-care lead to a lifetime of wellness.
Look for small changes that can positively impact your health, like adding more water to your daily intake, taking a moment to breathe deeply, writing in a gratitude journal, connecting with a friend that you haven’t seen in a while, or watching a video on national geographic on the migration of turtles.
To celebrate your commitment, post a picture on your social media feed of you with a sign that says “I choose wellness. #wellnessmonth”. Inspire others to create their own healthy habits.
