One of the campaigns that I like was called Live Outside the Box which encourages us to not be caught in a lifestyle dominated by the television or computer.

So Here are today’s Tips For Building Resiliency and Celebrating WinterActive Month:
Be a role model. Children learn more from our actions than our words.
Be realistic about your children’s activity level. 88% of parents said that their kids were physically active, yet measures indicated that 87% were not meeting physical activity guidelines.
Start your day with 10 minutes of movement.
At work, get active by taking stretch breaks during meetings, or have a “walking” meeting
As for me, Off I go to shovel the sidewalk and take my dogs out.
