The Honey Bee.
Now you may ask what does the honey bee have to do with mental health, stress management or resiliency?
It is all about taking notice. When you go outside, do you stop, look, and listen.
Can you see the bees? Can you hear them buzzing from flower to flower?
Part of building our resiliency is about learning how to pause. August is almost over, have you taken the time to stop, look, and listen for the sounds of summer?

Here are today’s Tips For Building Resiliency and Celebrating World Honey Bee Day.
Get outside and take a moment to see what nature is busy creating. Listen for the sounds of the bees, the birds, the wind, and the water.

Visit a beekeeper to become acquainted with their work
Learn more about the value of bees and honey. Did you know that high-quality honey contains many important antioxidants that may be able to lower cholesterol and blood pressure and can promote healing because of its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties?
